im using the granny's kit with a 5.3 and t5, Ive tried searching...
but i have the truck manifolds now and im trying to find out if the corvette manifolds will fit bc ive been reading about how much better the corvette mani's are much better (good for up to 400hp) vs the f body camaro ones are...
any input would be greatly appreciated

I'm not sure that they'll fit with no trimming. I do know they can fit with the Pez kit, though the steering shaft area is tight.

I can only offer this-
I have an FC with an LS3
Hinson mounts (shrug)
The Standard C6 manifolds hit the mounts and the collector being center dump was going to be ugly at the steering shaft.
The C6 ZO6 manifolds are even worse because the collectors are long and wide.
I don't know if the engine moving back a little with the granny mounts helps this or if they are clear of the collector. The C6 manifolds may fit better though since it is further back. You're gonna hafta mock it up bro.... Good thing the manifolds sell cheap. I got mine free from a local vette tuning shop. They had a pile of at least 10 pair.

GTO manifolds flar away from the engine so much that the outside of the collector makes contact with the frame rails, and the dump location/angle is not good either. I have pics of this somewhere at home, and a side by side of the manifolds on my build thread.
The truck manifolds may fit and they have larger/same collector outlet sizing as the C6 manifold. I'd use them if they fit.
I'm using the TBSS manifolds, they are similar to the truck but the outlets are in a slightly different position and the collectors are smaller
'But they fit like a glove'
To me it looks like the truck manifolds have a good chance of fitting. Have you tried them?
They will have more internal volume than any other manifold, and the collector outlet is positioned and angled to the 'k member windows' on either side of the engine. Only thing is, with the granny mounts I think one side may get close to the firewall?
I understand the time/money thing. two kids at home, opened a new card to put my tune and misc expenses on then promptly used up most of my credit line on hospital bills for the infant, after that the 2 year old poisoned herself and we paid emergency hospital bills on that. hahaha sigh.

I tried a truck manifold the other day and the right side was in the frame rail pretty hard. didn't bother with the left side.

I don't know about granny's subframe but neither C5 nor C6 fit the JimLab/ Samburg subframe.

I have 05 LS2 Vette manifolds on mine. Custom mount kit though.

5.3 truck manifolds or 6.0?
