Product Pending production- LS1 swap headers
« on: December 21, 2010, 12:05:37 AM »
I will be producing a set of 16GA  1 3/4 mild steel  mandrel bent. tig/ mig welded headers with both stamped collectors and merge collectors. O2 bung and V-banded

these will all be ceramic coated and  in stock after the new years

theyll fit hinson super cars FD  swaps.  they SHOULD fit samberg's kits also
hinson  FC swapped cars of course with the usual firewall massaging etc.

I have our standard version which is a stamped collector - ceramic coated 800$ shipped fedex within  48 states usa

Our premium version which is a merge collector header- 950$ shipped fedex within  48 states usa

I have these headers made in short run so once they're out  of stock , they take a few weeks to produce them by the batch. all flanges, material, and craftsmanship is made in the U.S.A

this same company also produced some of my 4 cylinder performance headers  so theres some pics of their work on the prototype

other headers they built for me

can you somehow address the fact that most of the headers on the current market are the lowest point on our cars?

That is a very interesting trans mount.  You make that as a one off?

The headers look bitchin.  I would snag a set if I wasn't dealing with emissions.

So these fit the Hinson FC kit with firewall massaging? Have you tried them on Pez or Granny's car? The engine sits further back with both of those mount kits.

lol no such thing !!!

I had some JTR's on my car before and basically built to a similar fitment.  because my firewall was already banged in.  I created a set of merge collectored versions for my own car and   had my header guy duplicate them for me
