I'm sure this is a basic question, and I've tried searching with no success.

How do I post photos in a topic. I tried clicking "Reply" and "Attachments", I choose a photo from my computer, it's a jpeg, no problem so far. Then I click on preview, and the photo doesn't show.

Instead, it says [ Guests cannot view attachments ] . In this case, the first part of the name of the photo on my computer is "Oem slave".

Am I overthinking this? Will the thumbnail/photo show up when I actually post, but not in the preview?

The photo doesn't show up in the text box.  It will show up when you hit post.

If the photo is over 1000k, you will get an error. I use Thumbs to crop and re-size mine.

I think you need to resize the photo.

Tried resizing, can't get photos to post. Can't even post a reply that has photos, keep getting "site can't be reached" error message.

There were some other people on another thread having issues as well.

just trying for myself.  I just picked a random photo on my computer in my RX7 folder put it as an inline expandable thumbnail
[ Guests cannot view attachments ]

looks like it worked for me.. Not sure what the issue people are having is then.

Iíll look and see if I can make this less annoying.   :)    Changing jobs plus working in a car for a friend plus competing in martial arts plus parenting = minimal free time as of late.  Haha

"Have you tried adding hours to the day?"

That would take 24 to 48 Hours.   :)

But Seriously, CHolmes.  Here's the best way I find you can post pictures.

This site.   www.imgur.com  You can upload your pictures at this site and then use any of the posting features to post your pictures here or for that matter any site.

Here are 2 pictures of my daily drivers, I used to post my reply to your inquiry.  I hope this helped you.

There are multiple options you can use.  I used the Linked BB Code.  Give it a try and I'm sure you'll appreciate what the site offers.

I do not believe there is an upload size limitation.
