Got some harness measurements from RHT!   This is what he has for the FD.  We should double check before ordering which is what Iím doing.  Iím sharing so we can compare.

Lengths for the RX7. LF - 8.5ft, RF - 2.5ft, LR - 15ft, RR - 10.5ft. Dash and pedal items - 10ft. Yaw sensor - 5ft. Diagnsostics - 4ft. Power and ground - 3ft.

Are they supplying with connectors or flying leads so you can cut to exact length and crimp yourself? Running wiring with connectors is a bitch, and being able to dial in the length would be awesome. Just a thought.

I will ask, I like what your thinking though.  Flying leads and cutting to suit would be better.

The further I dig into this, the more I don't like the stock ABS location.   I'm looking into other options but that will change wiring lengths, so until I'm 100% happy with where the pump will live, I've put the ordering of the harness on hold.  Hopefully by next week I will have the location determined.

What are your concerns about the stock abs location? Are you wanting to have the abs unit closer to the MC? Curious.

Iím trying to keep the install as clean as possible, it wonít be simple but nothing ever is.  Yes, closer to the master would be perfect but that requires a chase bays master cylinder approach... no booster.   Or I put it under the passenger headlight which keeps all the lines running along the frame rails, only one that will be difficult is the passenger front.  Decisions decisions.   Stock location is doable but you will have to feed lines running to it and three lines running back that way. .... not ideal.  Iím doing some placing of the pump over the next few days to figure things out.

I'd keep the weight of the pump in mind.
Putting it all way out in front of the front wheels could affect weight distribution.
The stock location seems to make the most sense to me.

Great to see this being done. I was contemplating going this route before I did the s2000 setup last winter but didnít have enough time. If you are looking for brake line holders to run the extra lines across the firewall use these clips part number 46289-72L00 they are from a Nissan
