So does anyone who knows martial arts want to point out what’s wrong with my right leg kicks?
I do it on my left side as well but nowhere near as much. (I lead left for kicks)
I’m dropping my front guard horribly on the right side. Good way to get punched right in the chest, whoops! My left kicks I drop my rear arm back a bit, but my front guard is pretty good.
I’m jamming my legs up a little with that forward step instead of double step also. Stuff you don’t know until you watch yourself!
I have my wife tape me sometimes so that I can identify things to work on, so I figured I’d share one. For reference the BOB dummy is about 5’11” in this video, I’m about 6’2”.
