Man I can see all the horsepower running out of these! Looks like clearance is going to be super tight and probably even touching if I wrap them. I also would prefer gasket to be included if possible, it would save a trip to the store or waiting for one to be delivered.

FYI, we're seeking to free up another 1/4" or so vs the samberg subframe so I think wrapping will be fine.

Roger that on the gaskets.  I think we'll just make it a check box option so folks can add or decline as they desire.

If you are playing the tolerances pretty tight an included gasket may be the way to go. There is a pretty big thickness difference between the multi-layer and babbit type material felpro sells.

Any chance of getting the passenger side turned a tad more to the center to line up better with the hump on the samberg trans brace. Would help with building the rest of the exhaust and reduce the bends needed right after the collector.

Any update on these?

Production bend specs with all changes made were sent to our fab shop last night.   They should now clear Samberg subframes well.  Fits relative to the transmission tunnel have been optimized (good eye @Exidous).  It only took subtle changes, but we still wanted to do it now so we don't have to mess with these much after we launch.  Hoping to have another set bent toward the end of the week.

If you have any prototype sets you want to get rid of, let me know. I need a set I can weld GEN V flanges onto.

Thanks.

I dont suppose there is a plan for a bigger primary stepped to 1 7/8" later like gnx suggested.
Turns out the ls7 exhaust ports on my heads are bigger than 1 7/8" by enough that I think they'd be an issue.

We were supposed to have had our final test fit on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, but then our fabricator came down sick and puked for most of the holiday weekend.  So now we're shooting to get that done by the end of this week.

We're already 99% of the way ready to go...  We have all the bits in stock...  Hell, we even have 50 custom boxes already on had for the first round.  I just really want to know these are exactly what we think they are before we start selling them.  Plan is to offer free shipping on the first 10 orders as a thank for for those folks who jump first.  Pricing will be competitive vs other's offerings with what we think is a much nicer product.

Regards,
Joel Payne

Great to hear Joel.   Someday I may yet build a mild LS/FD and I'd like to have your headers/subframe available when I do!
