Yes, for sure.   I know Joel has been busy, that's probably why they've not gotten back to you.

Joel contacted me this morning.  Sorry for any confusion, just was sure.  I'm sceptical sometimes of ordering from small business websites.  Been burnt too many times in the past.

I do know Joel and co are standup guys, I have dealt with them in the past and I am very pleased with they're products and service.

We are almost always easier to reach with email.  While we'd love to be available on the phone more, it just means parts aren't getting designed, optimized, fabbed, powder coated or packed.  Rest assured if you send an email we will get back to you.  Once in a while our site fails to forward an email, so if you don't get a response in a day then re-send direct to:

Hey guys,
I gotta throw my 2 cents in.

I've had amazing experience working with Joel.  Always helpful, and top quality parts.  :)

You won't regret doing business with them.
