So I ordered my front lines the other day. The parts showed up at my front door the next day. Thank you WAN @ J-Auto for hooking a brother up. You're probably the coolest rotary guy I know  :halo: And guys, I've known this fella for a few years now. He's a great guy and knows Rx-7s very well. He also has a really nice FD and that SOB can drive. I've ridden with him on the track before.

Thanks again buddy!

They are much stiffer than stock. They give a better response time and a firmer pedal as the line does not expand under pressure like the OEM rubber hose.

The inner line is Teflon. That is where the stiffness comes from. The stainless braid is simply for abrasion resistance.

Stoptech makes them here is California and are probably one of the safest aftermarket lines you can buy.

Also, they are not 20 years old like stock.   Important bit, that.

How much do they run? I'm getting ready to bleed my breaks. I'll add these on before I do it.

They're cheap in the big picture. I've installed stainless lines on other cars and couldn't tell a whole lot of difference. On my FD though it was immediately noticeable. I agree with Blake it has to do with the age of the lines. J-Auto is awesome BTW I ordered a bunch of shit from him.
