Sick '69 Camaro LS1 with one of our built T56's
« on: July 16, 2010, 03:27:06 PM »
Had to take a few pictures of this sick '69 Camaro running one of our built T56's.  Puts around 450rwhp to the ground.  Paint work is immaculate.  A few finishing touches and it'll be about perfect.

Awesome. For some reason the various Camaro(s) are some of the few classic domestics that I find very appealing (along with Corvette Stingrays).

Mark I have a 68 and I have been thinking about selling the FD to build it. I love those old cars.

The first car I ever rode in was a 69 Camaro.  It was my mom's first car.  My dad drove us home from the hospital in it.  I've been pretty well obsessed with them from a young age.

I didn't know you had a '68 Camaro Casey?  Post up some pics......

My neighbor when I was about 8 yrs old bought a '68 Camaro SS 396 and it was midnight blue with a TH400.  That was the 1st car I'd ever seen that laid rubber all the way up the street.  It had silly traction problems.

They gave it to their son when he turned 21 and within a couple months he was drunk driving and crashed it into a stop light and took the passenger side off the car.  They actually had it fixed!  Not sure where it is now.

Mark it's in storage. My buddy started restoring it around fifteen years are he basically took it all apart and painted the fire wall and inner fenders and front frame candy apple blue metallic, and that's how it has set. Some day I will pull it out and build it. Maybe. :)

amazing. kick the size of the wheels down a couple inches and you'd have an amazing car there.

I told the owner the car didn't really have any balls and I thought it should be faster.... so he bought a 438ci LS7 from my friend down south that built my LS7.  It should make 600rwhp n/a.  I think that police officers maybe get paid too much ;)

I wish I still had my 69 RS/Z28 now. I should never have sold it.

That car is gorgeous!
Excuse me now, I have to change my shorts.

I love the 69 Camaro styling but that particular body/stripe color combo doesn't do it for me.  :(
