What's the availability on 1.75" stamped?

I know the firewall needs to be clearanced to fit an FC, is that required on both sides?  Approximately how much and where exactly?  Reason I ask is I modified my firewall a bit on the drivers side.  Also, I may have missed it but are there any clearance issues with Granny's cradle?

very minimal firewall clearance.  i have 1.75 stamped in stock. and i recall some customers using a granny cradle and a ronin and it works fine.

Any 1-3/4 available? Also what is the gain difference on merged vs stamped? For up to around 400whp will it's make that much difference?

Will the 1 3/4" fit an FC running a 2004r auto trans?  I went to the site to purchase and noticed in the description it says fitment hasn't been confirmed with autos. Just need to confirm before ordering.

emailed you back.  1.75 in stock.   merge and stamped ive never dynod back to back  but theory states merge is always more efficient. all top end headers and race cars you see have and use low angle merge collectors.

Passenger side needs quite a bit of work. The firewall will need to be modified up past the factory AC drain.

The driver side needs very little work.

This picture may help, but keep in mind I use Ronin style engine mounts.

The small notch in the insulation on the driver side is the only area that needed modification on that side. As you can see the passenger side needed much more modification, I basically made that entire indent covered in insulation.

You may need some floorboard massaging depending on the height of your engine.

$1000 sent, Whoohoo !

In response to marcelo_caz question, the way I heard it and some of our more informed members and project dc2 may disagree or add more info, is that low angle merge collectors are almost equal to a well designed normal collector at making peak horsepower. The difference is that merge collectors make more mid-range (under the curve) power. 1 7/8 primary tubes make a bit more peak power than 1 3/4 but again the differences are small with a oem cam and intake. If the intake, exhaust and cam are optimized to work together the differences grow larger.

Awesome. Talked with my Tuner and he said that the merged is also easier to tune.

By the way... my headers were shipped on a monday and I got them on a wednesday... insanely fast shipping. Very please with the headers... now its the shop getting everything fabricated to it.

[ Guests cannot view attachments ] What a super packaging job. Headers look great. I'll need a few weeks to get the time to install them.
How many 1 3/4 stamped do you have left ?
