ok, got the car... finally... made a few blocks today and WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWW these cars are the most attention getting beast i have ever seen, with  the slp loud mouths talkin every body says "dam"! Drives like it is on rails...

now if I am going to continue to enjoy this baby im going to need some serious cooling horse power!

Pez, Do you need pictures of under the hood? Its the Hinson radiator and mounting hardware. The threaded connections are on the firewall but I'm not sure if they are metric or otherwise. ac blows, lights up at the switch etc. so I am assuming all the Mazda parts are there .. Do you know if anyone has a picture right op on the wiring? Is your book still available to purchase? currently I have no compressor, bracket or anything in that area of the motor so I assume I will need to purchase EVERYTHING for the GM side of things ..

I just did Dixon's car today I put 6oz of oil in it with 1.2lbs of 134.  sitting at idle in the shop it was making 60 deg air from the vents and driving it makes 42.  Low side pressure was 45-53 and high side was 295-335.  I never got the sight glass to clear up but if I added more the high side would get to high for what I wanted.

Anyone have recommendations for a condensor compatible /w Samberg's radiator kit, version 2.0 (or whatever the currrent one is)?

EDIT: I'm a dummy, he posted it in his available parts for the FD

Samberg used to provide a part number for the condenser that is compatible with his radiator.

One of the things I've never tackled on a swapped FD is the AC... I've got the LS1 AC compressor and bracket, and the heater core/ac box behind the dash, what condenser is everyone using on the Hinson radiator and upper bracket/panel?  I assume it's the stock FD one, but since I don't have that, is there another option I should go with that's better?

I'll definitely be buying one of your kits Pez, just need to find a condenser!

OP there is a pressure -sensor- port right beside the low service port, on the strut tower.  On Scottman's pic, he's using the pressure -switch- because he's using a GTO PCM, which doesn't control AC.
