Been thinking of buying my buddies fd that's ls swapped with ac. Can a supercharger setup fit with ac still in the car? Was thinking of using the a&a brackets for either a vortech or a procharger.

so i bought these mounts when i still had my fd. no longer have it. i bought them from a member on rx7club. the pics are of the actual mounts being used in his car. never used just mounted. comes with 2jz mounts, r154 trans mount, motor mounts along with parts that mount to the block and shifter extension. this will alow you to keep the stock hood. asking $350 shipped

hi everyone i am no longer swapping an lsx engine in my car im going 2jz so i have some stuff here for sale

1. tc78 with .96 ar bought from zbrown never used it. in great shape never boosted over 9psi. 800 shipped

2. 02+ ls6 cam with matching springs retainers and clips. 40k miles on them 250 shipped

3. ls6 red corvette fuel covers in great shape 85 shipped

4. aromotive a1000 fuel pump and pressure regulater only used for about 300 miles on my drag civic 310 shipped

any chance of you guys making a header and cross over pipe that fits the rx7 fd, or even just a crossover hot pipe designated for a certain flipped headers that will fit the fd rx7? thanks

Parts for Sale / fd hinson kit

i have a new hinson kit that im trying to sell. its new but i did mount it on my car. still mounted but never got to put a motor in. im changing plansno longer going lsx im going 2jz so my kit is for sale. it will come with the cross member, trans mount for t56 and torque arm. asking 850 shipped with exchange for your stock cross member or 950 with out.

Fabrication / WHICH WELDER TO BUY?

so i am planing to buy my own little welder to fab up some stuff for my car. i live 90 miles away from phoenix were there are real fabricators unlike in my small town. so i plan to just buy a small welder which can tig and weld aluminum and some stainless. well i found 2 options in my price range. trying to stay under $800 so postt up if there is a better option than what i have chosen

1. Clarke Hot Shot Spool Gun Welder, Model# WE6441 $400
seems simple to use and has a spool gun which will let me weld aluminum and some stainless.

2. Lincoln Electric Weld Pak 140 HD Wire Feed Welder $524+ $200 spool gun

i think the lincoln is a better welder but not sure. ill just be welding up my intercooler pipping, and cross over pipes for my turbo set up along with tabs for intercooler and radiator. so not going to be doing anything crazy that i would need a commercial welder for. i will practice alot before starting to weld on my vehicle. any advice is welcome along with welder options thanks

General Tech / radiator fans as pushers

ok so I bought a howe radiator. and I'm looking to keep as much room as possible between the engine and radiator since I need room to get my cross over pipe and charge pipe for my turbo setup. so I was planing on tuning 2 12" mishimoto electric radiator fans as pushers but will I have heating issues? or is havin the fans as pushers. a bad idea? please help me make the right choice. by the way its an fd chasis if it matters. mishimoto claims that each fan pushes/pulls 933.5 cfm

well i need a radiator setup for my fd. I am going turbo so i need something that does not come to close to the engine since i need to have to run a cross over pipe trough the bottom and the charge pipe through the bottom. i was looking at the hinson premium kit because it comes with a shroud and dual radiators and seems to have 2750 cfm. but what are other setups that you guys are using? also i have a $750 budget thanks

hi everyone well i have my project for sale. its a 93 fd roller. has hinson lsx kit already installed along with trans mount and torque arms. When i bought this car i bought it as a shell with no front end or anything. i have full front end with an r1 front bumper with r1 lip. I have a set of jdm calipers and disc for the car. the car has 3 volk te37's. 2-19x9.5 and 1-19x8.5 all with good tires. also comes with a set of 4 fd wheels with good tires. car also has a set of 30k mile r1 shocks with tein springs. has a real nice 6 point cage welded into chasis. also comes with a set of fd leather seats that need to be reapolster along with a set of 2 kirky seats. i have a hood and fenders for it also. has dash, cluster, cluster soroundings and other interior pieces. I also have a a1000 fuel pump with an aromotive fuel pressure regulator. i will also include a 02+ ls6 cam in great shape with ls6 springs. ls6 red fuel covers. the car has all the wiring and i will not part anything. the car does need glass and paint and a little minor body work. i have tittle for the car and it is ready to go. i need money to remodel my house so my asking price is 4500 with everything and there are little things i have that im also forgetting. pm me on here or email me for additional pics or info needed. here are some pics of when i first got the car and when cage was painted. like i said i have a complete front end for it along with some interior plastics and other things im located in az

Forced Induction/Nitrous / I need help with a simple 500whp 5.3 set up

ok after deciding to finally go turbo again I need a simple combination that could make 500whp and be real fun on the street. so here is what I'm thinking, a stock 5.3 with ls6 cam and springs. stock internals. t56 with spec 3+ clutch

now here are my questions

1. profesional products typhoon intake or ls6?
2. what turbo for fast spooling but still make good power and cost effective?
3. can I make 500whp on straight pump?
4. a walbro 255 enough for fuel
5. 42 lbs injectors good enough
anything else i need or should get?

I'm thinking of doing the cobra irs in my fd with samberg mounting craddel. so what did you guys pay for the axles and drive shaft from drive shaft shop. just trying to see if its in my budget right now to do the complete rear end swap

hi I want to run a victor jr intake manifold on my car with a super low elbow.. the elbow is made by edelbroke and claims to sit 1/2 inch above the intake (I belive that's at the throttle body. and claims to fit under a stock camaro hood with this elbow. so will it fit under an fd hood?

hey everyone I'm trying to decide either to go with an auto or a t56. I know a t56 might be runner but an auto will be more consistent. it will be a street car with about 400 whp. which did you prefer and why? by the way my car is currently an auto but have no problem converting it yo manuel

I have 3 volk te37s for sale. 2 are 19x9.5 with 45 ofset and 1 19x8.5 with 43 ofset. they are bronze in color with minor curbage. they have good tires. I will get sizes tomorrow along with pics. I would like to trade for a complete set of nice wheels. I can also trow in a set of 93 oem wheels with tires and some cash if needed. or I would like to get 1500 obo for the 3. these rims retail over 800 a piece. thanks
