Thank you man. I built it knowing it wasnt going to be a daily driver.

I feel like pictures do her no justice. I wish we had more meets or something around my area so other ls1 rx7 owners could see how clean and nicely put together it is.

I know what you mean about having $18-19k in it.  I stopped counting.  I used to measured against "Ok, I can get a c5 z06 for $x so I don't want to spend more than $y"  But having something unique is worth some amount of money (and respect) that's hard to define.  You'll miss it when you sell it.

I havent even been checking this thread that much since I posted it because Im hating myself a little bit for doing it. I just want out from under some of my payments. I have a feeling Im going to have to take on a car payment soon because my jeep is in rough shape.
Who knows, maybe I'll keep it. I just have this up so maybe someone will be like DUDE I LOVE YOUR CAR and fork out some money.

If not Im putting a 150 shot on and a better tire.

also, I wanted a c5 vette for awhile and the last time I was at the track a guy had a c5 zo6... procharged with meth and he told me he bought it as a cam only car for 16.... I died a little on the inside.

Beautiful car but I think your price is a little high.  I had about 23k my FC and I couldn't of sold it for more then 12 at the highest.  Maybe the market has changed and I didnt notice, but Ive been seeing FDs going for 14k-18k which are more desirable, but good luck with the sale.

Thanks Parker. I know it's a bit high when compared to other ls1 fc but if honestly can say mine is much cleaner/better built than 90% of the FCs on I've been seeing for sale.

I know the market was better when I started my build also. There is also a part of me that doesn't want to let her go so I don't want to put her up for a steal. She'll go too quick. Plus, I want someone who knows/loves/understands these cars and the way they work. I don't want to throw it on craigslist for 10 and some kid buy it and crash and burn.

Oh. Its a power steering rack with the seals removed and fluid lines blocked. A maval conversion?! I think is what its called. I did it when I first got the car. Its pretty comfortable to turn with the 17s up front.

I have so much time invested in this car. This is the 4th build I've done. All my others were honda/acura builds and I have went back over this car time and time and time again to make it exactly what I want. By far my favorite project I have ever messed with.
