Alright, I've got everything in hand except for the banjo bolt.  I was supposed to pick those up on Friday, but had to go out of town instead.  I'll check to see if they're ready on Monday.

Sure, I'll post when I have everything on hand.  I swung by the shop today and they were closed, I guess for the holiday, so I'll check again tomorrow.

Damn those look nice. Nit picking, but any chance of black fittings?

These still $100 shipped?

$110 shipped for FD, $125 for GTO pump, $125 for FC. Black fittings cost me about $10 more each, dunno why, but they do.  So if you want all the fittings black, add $30. Usually the hose is blue too, because it's more readily available.  You won't see the 2 fittings on the rack, so I could do 1 black and 2 blue for $10 more.
