Panic Motorsports Wheel studs
« on: December 09, 2014, 07:38:34 PM »
We here at Panic have used and abused our fair share of lug nuts and wheel studs.  Sometimes we change wheels as much as 5 to 6 times a day scuffing slicks and running multiple races, along with doing NASCAR style tire changes during our endurance events.  Because of this we had to begin to source our own studs to keep up with the demand.  We got to the point where we were breaking or wearing out the threads on other studs, and it was quite a hassle at the track to deal with.

D1: 12x1.5mm L1: 67mm L2: 38mm L3: 13.5mm D2: 0.505"- 0.508" L4: 0.312" Finish: Coated App: FD, Miata

PT#03
D1: 12x1.5mm L1: 55mm L2: 33mm L3: 10mm D2: 0.505"- 0.508" L4: 10mm" Finish: Coated App: FC

These are some examples of what we have had made.

With a dry film lubricant coating applied 0.0003" thick, the coating reduces friction, provides a more durable surface, and reduces wear. We have not worn out or broken one of these studs yet.  I feel we put them through more abuse then most of you guys would.  If you are looking for a good quality wheel stud, look no further - these are second to none and are ready for a lifetime of use.

Price including shipping:

20 studs = $270.00

With chrome opened ended 17mm lug nuts = add $20.00

Coated lug nut pricing soon to come........

Those are a nice piece.  I'd grab some if it weren't for running wheel adapters  :(
