Camber plates

How are these supposed to go together? I'm guessing the peice that says "WELD" needs to be slid all the way on the stock bolt and welded to the head but how do I know what position to weld it in

Also the peice with the "D" shape doesn't even fit onto the bolt so If someone could fill me in i would appreciate it.

The camber plates center up with the center line mark on the plate. The ones with the D-hole where made a little under sized. Use a round file to deburr the hole.  You'll see, It doesn't take much.

Out of curiousity how did you machine the D-hole, water jet???

I installed this without welding them together.  Am I now screwed?
