Will the kit work with the GM E-Rod LS3?

Only thing to watchout for is variations in oil opans and accessories. With our FC kit you have to run an f-body pan, windage tray and pickup. I believe Justin gave the FD more space but you may want to double check. In either case most car based accessory systems should be fine.

Fwiw MotoIQ did an e-rod swap using a Samberg kit so you may want to review that for details as you research it.

The E-Rod will work great just like almost and other LS motor. The only issue is the oil pan. Only the F-Body or custom will work if you plan to use the bump steer spacers. Which I highly suggest. Improved racing can get you hooked up with a pan and baffle.

The steering rack is really close but I use the bump steer spacers. It's under 1/4" from the hydraulic port if I remember correctly and the F-Body pan is by far the thinnest up front.

FYI: we recently took delivery of a new batch of Samberg kits.  We have 4 sets powder-coated black and ready to go.  Now is also a perfect chance to jump in if you want a custom color of powdercoat as we have several more kits bare and ready to coat.

Hey,

I placed an order a few days ago. Just curious on what you think the turn around time will be. Did you still have any units in stock or do you need to wait for Samberg to ship you some? Also any advice on finding a 07-2010 explorer rear diff. I've been checking CL and ebay. I've only been able to find the older single sided mount ones.

It's shipping out today.  We order these in batches so we try to keep stock.  Typically the longest delay will be if we still need to powdercoat one (which we did yesterday for yours.)

Enjoy!

Awesome! That was a lot faster than I had expected. The ls2 package comes Monday. Now I just need to find a rear diff.

Just a quick question. Do you sell just the subframe and eccentric bolt weld on pieces? I have all the other stuff but a Gen I Samberg frame and would like to swap it out for more adjustment.

You'd want to reach out directly to Samberg for those.  We only offer these kits because we modify and add to them, we don't carry stock on everything Samberg has to offer.
