Yes. Everything works. Everything looks good is of course relative. People tell me it looks pretty good. Haha.

If it's a "clean title" car this should sell pretty quick.
Silver with Black interior is a winning combination.

Good luck with the sale .  8)
Definitely a clean title.  Thanks for the kind words!
Most ( if not all ) factory A/C system are turned off in a WOT "Wide Open Throttle" operation to free up HP.
Others will correct me if I'm wrong.
That's correct.  I've also heard that in the stock application the A/C compressor would be overspun at high RPM so it's set to cut power.

Sold.  Thanks!

Here's the gauge install (please ignore the dust from initial install) and a few of the screens:

Also ignore the CEL - engine was not running.

^The gentleman that wired my car definitely used the ratchet crimper on anything that was not soldered.  Something weird is going on.  I have a feeling I will be dropping the car off at Greg's and saying "Please fix this thing and let me know when it's done."

Gotcha.  I'm thinking the ignition is giving up randomly.

Does anyone else have any idea of what could possibly cause the radio and seemingly the entire PCM to not get power intermittently?

I have spoken to a very experienced wheel repair man about this before and his issue every time was that he couldn't find a good way to secure the wheel while he milled it.

Well, he is a wheel repair man... not a machinist.   ;)
Haha good point. He fancies himself a bit of both, and from the looks of his shop I'm inclined to trust him.

I have spoken to a very experienced wheel repair man about this before and his issue every time was that he couldn't find a good way to secure the wheel while he milled it.  If the bit hung at all the barrel would mangle pretty bad.  I've heard of people doing it, but never found out how.  If you look on big fitment forums like stanceworks or zilvia or hellaflush or something you might be able to find someone with some info on how to do it.

Yeah we checked the ignition (good) and pulled the fender and that bundle was actually okay...it was just the insulation that looked bad but that's all fixed now.

So...after almost 4 months without a single issue the same problem is back. Go to start the car and randomly and intermittently I get no fuel pump, no cel, aftermarket gauge won't power on, etc....but, just as before, the radio works fine on accessory but cuts off when the key is turned past accessory.  Lights, abs light, etc all work fine in all positions.

When this happens, I have found that turning the key from accessory to run and back will produce a muted click that almost sounds like a stuck relay but it sounds like it is coming from inside the dash, but not from the relays in the new harness that I can tell.  Any ideas guys?

If greg wasn't so busy I'd take the car up and have him rewire it but I'd rather not be without it for a while.

The Lounge / Re: How much booze do you drink?

1) how much you guys drink and how often?
2) ever drink not to get drunk?
3) and how often do you get PLOWED?

1) I probably drink alcohol 4-5 days a week.  Usually Wednesday and the whole weekend.  During the week I'll have maybe 2 beers or so if I do drink.  On the weekend, probably 8-10 drinks/beers Friday and Saturday (more or less depending on football season, going out or not, etc.), and 4-5 on Sunday.
2) Yes.  I enjoy the very temporary 2-beer buzz before dinner.
3) Very, very rarely since college.  I get a pretty strong buzz going on the weekends, but nothing I can't sober up from and legally drive after a big meal and a couple of hours in a restaurant/walking around downtown.

Disclaimer: I live in Athens, GA, where the University of Georgia is, which was this year's #1 party school.  I stayed here after college, so...yeah.

Sorry i never updated. Honestly i have no idea. The battery cable was pulled off for about 24 hours and when i put it back on the fuel pump started working. It did the same thing again (no fuel pump, radio, no PCM, etc) then I pulled the cable off, put it back on and it blew the Engine fuse in the kick panel. I replaced the fuse and it worked fine and hasn't done anything weird since with the exception of the tach not working but i think that was something i accidentally frayed wiring wise while trying to troubleshoot. But yeah, it works fine now. Crazy car.
